So you want to be a Mad Scientist?
So you want to be a Mad Scientist?
Saturday October 3rd
1:30-4 p.m.
5-7 yrs
Workshop Facilitator: Charlotte Rondeau (She/Her)
A Halloween workshop designed for little inventors!
Participants will create their own Frankenstein Monster by taking apart old toys and stuffies then re-building them into a new life form with a mix of old and new body parts. Warning! We cannot predict outcomes, as the life giving energy must come from each scientist.
A slime and potion lab will be conveniently located - to bring their monster to life. Some experimenting with the materials in the lab is expected, indeed necessary, for successful monster creation.
And what lab that creates monsters would be worth its salt without a relaxing candy catapult -building exercise for the hardworking scientists?
Lastly, there is no need to bring your own lab coat- we will have one for each mad scientist participating!
