Wear clothing to paint in! Socks are required for everyone attending, including adults.

STUDIO ACCESS
Party guests will have free choice to play where they wish in the main studio, including maker tables, stage and sand pit, sock monkey kitchen, painting area , play office, trains and exploring our funnels and scooping station, at the dry sensory table.

PARTY ROOM ACCESS
BYO food, cake and presents can be enjoyed in our fairy forest-inspired party room. Festively decorated with trees, grass, mushrooms and a big dollhouse! Under the twinkling lights sits a long low table and chairs with a large birthday banner hung between the trees. A sheet of white paper with markers and colourful paper crowns on the table, creates an inviting activity for guests while they wait for cake. Our party room has a sink, a banquet for party food display, and counter space for extra party supplies. As beautiful as this room is...young party guests generally prefer to be in the main studio most of the time. For this reason, extra decorations (balloons, table cloth etc) are unnecessary. Party room access is not included with space rentals.

LOOT BAGS & CROWNS
Each child (including the birthday child) will receive a loot bag (we call them creative invention kits) filled with open-ended art supplies: styrofoam, glue, modelling clay, crayons, stickers, pipe cleaners and more. Decorate-Your-Own colourful and adjustable paper crowns are also included for each child. Loot bags and crowns are not included with space rentals.

PARTY CAPACITY & SUPERVISION
Morning and afternoon parties include a maximum of 10 children (including birthday child) and 11 adults. Evening parties include a maximum of 12 children (including birthday child) and 13 adults. The price and capacity policies for parties are non-negotiable. If you have a larger group, consider a space rental (max. 50 people). It is the responsibility of the hosts to supervise children, not Children's Art Factory staff.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Payment in full is required at the time of booking, $100 is non refundable. In the event of a cancelled party (less than 12 hrs prior to the party) no credit or refund will be issued. If a party is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the party, a credit- minus $100 deposit, will be issued. If a party is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the party, a refund, minus the $100 deposit will be issued; alternatively, you may choose to recieve a credit- minus $50, so that the party can be rescheduled at your convenience. There is a $50 fee to reschedule a party, with more than 10 days notice.
