Children’s Art Factory is not responsible for lost packages. 

Shipping
We ship with Canada Post, and do our best to send orders within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

Pick Up

Pick up is available from our studio at 37 Yarmouth St. Guelph, ON.
Just select 'LOCAL PICKUP' at the checkout and you will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready. We do our best to fulfill pickup orders within 2-4 business days. Pickup is available Monday-Sunday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Local Deliveries

Free doorstep delivery and pickup within Guelph city limits is available for our Art Factory at Home Rentals. Each bin is rentable for one day only and delivery/pick-up will occur between 9:00 - 11:00am Sunday-Saturday. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. When purchasing indicate the day you would like to receive your delivery, if you are subscribing for more than 1 bin, a staff member will contact you to discuss ongoing delivery dates.
