Summer Dollmaking Workshop
Single session Drop-off Dollmaking workshop for ages 6+ on selective Saturday afternoons in July and August from 1-4 pm.
Create and sew your own doll in this special summer sewing workshop! Participants will be guided through the doll-making process with an Artist who has years of experience making their own hand-sewn dollies, as well as teaching young children how to make their own. This one-off workshop will offer plenty of creative freedom to customize their doll with an abundance of assorted fabric and notions . Hand and machine sewing will be introduced in a safe and encouraging environment. Beginner sewists and small fry afficionados are welcome!

About the facilitator:
MIKO (aka Lil Tree & Me designs ) creates handcrafted dolls and reversible children's capes. A one woman business that creates original pieces combining new and upcycled materials. Miko marries her background in fine arts with her experience in motherhood to make sustainable unique designs that will grow with your child, and one of a kind dolls that can be used for display or play.

DRESS FOR MESS
Wear clothing to get messy in! Socks are required for everyone attending, including adults.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
You will receive a phone call from our program facilitators, prior to the start of each camp/session/workshop for further details regarding pick-up and drop-off locations. For safety, please wait outside for drop-off and pick-up. A CAF educator will greet you at the appropriate entrance door at the beginning of the program and have participants ready for pick- up at the end of the program.

CAMP CANCELLATIONS
Less than 2 weeks notice
No refund or credit is issued. This includes unexpected illness or weather or other.
More than 2 weeks notice
A refund minus a $50 admin fee for weekly camps and a $25 admin fee for PA day and day camps will be issued.

MISSED SESSIONS
Our camps, programs and workshops have limited capacity. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or make-up sessions for any missed days or classes.

STATUTORY HOLIDAYS
Programs will not be held on statutory holidays. If the dates you select include a holiday you would be reimbursed for the cost of one class.

Cancellation due to severe weather/ low enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control.
A full refund will be issued.
