An exploratory sensory program for babies
Suggested age 6-18 months
Interested in offering your baby an opportunity to engage in sensory play but don’t want to worry about cleaning up the mess? Then this program is for you!
This program pays homage to the late contemporary painter Jean Michel Basquiat, an Artist based in New York City, who worked with Andy Warhol and rose to prominence at a very young age. Their work was bold, experimental and revolutionary in its child-like expressionism and continues to inspire young artists today. It is with this spirit, our program will aim to aspire! Participants will experiment with new and unexpected ways to approach Art making with very young children, that is both playful and age appropriate.
Baby Basquiat Program Facilitator: Christina Pinerallo (She /Her)
This is a 4 week program – each week Christina (ECE) provides a different activity. Children have their own individual station and materials within a small group setting (4 babies – 4 caregivers), allowing each baby the freedom to explore safely while still fostering a sense of community and connection for both the babies and you!
Registration includes 1 child and 1 caregiver.
Our 4 week programs have limited capacity. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or make-up sessions for any missed classes.
