A performative arts program for children 8+ yrs

This program will evolve and change with the interests of the children participating but the core idea of this program will be to use art and theatre as a way to advocate for issues participants are passionate about. Acting, prop design, creating costumes or storytelling are just some of the things that will be explored in this program. During 4 sessions, these young artists will learn, despite their young age, they can make a difference by doing things they enjoy! Annie is confident that each child will leave this program feeling much more powerful in the art they present and in the strengths they possess.

Facilitor: Annie Boivin-McCarthy She/Her

Annie is an outstanding high school student who received the principal’s award, this past spring. Annie is an active participant and leader in her school community, works at CAF, volunteers at the Guelph Little Theatre and was an official MC on the children’s area stage at Hillside this summer. I am thrilled to introduce Annie as one our new program facilitators! Her enthusiasm and lust for life are refreshing and contagious. I have no doubt her program will reflect her spirit and be an amazing experience for any child who participates

Our 4 week programs have limited capacity. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or make-up sessions for any missed classes.
