Book a Party

If you are looking for a specific date + time for your party, booking 2  months in advanced is encouraged.
We will require an email, phone number as well a $100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

We are a busy studio so staff cannot always answer emails right away. To ensure a timely response, it is best to speak directly to our staff regarding bookings.

Please call the studio during business hours (226)-486-3307.

Once deposit is paid you will receive an email confirmation with that date and time. Sometimes our emails go to spam! However, if you do not receive an email confirmation within 12 hours of booking, please call the studio (226-486-3307) or better yet send us an email!  birthdays@thechildrensartfactory.com  (as we may have written down an incorrect email).

The confirmation email will provide proof that deposit was paid as well as provide you with more information regarding party options. This email will also include a link to our invitation. We will send a follow-up email 2 weeks prior to the party to confirm numbers (including B-day child) and theme (if applicable).

Day-time Parties are welcome to have up to 10 kids – maximum 15 kids, every additional child is $15. The party includes 10 adults – Any additional adults would be charged $6.00 – maximum 15 adults. If your invite list is more then 15 children/10 adults, please check out our Evening Party option.

Party Times!

We book birthday parties during the following time slots:

  • Fridays from *5:00-7:00 p.m (*evening).
  • Saturdays from 9:00-11:00 am., 11:00 am-1:00 pm ., 1:00-3:00 p.m., 3:00-5:00 pm., *5:00-7:00 pm (*evening).
  • Sundays from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m., 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., 2:00-4:00 pm., *4:00 – 6:00 p.m (*evening).

Please Note:
-All daytime parties are held during regular drop-in hours.
-Studio is closed for Drop-ins during evening parties.
-For time shifts or additional time, please contact the studio.
